I forgot to add something that I learnt today.
In America and England, little ones knock on doors and say 'trick-or-treeeaaattt?' - which is annoying as shit, obviously, but harmless. In France yeah les p'tits say 'la vie ou des bonbons?' (lit. 'life or sweets?')... sooo basically, 'give me sweets or I will kill you'. Whaaatttt thhheee ffuuccckkkk maaannn? Have to say, that did send a chill down my spine, and I'm now glad that I didn't choose primary education here. Weirdos.
